Dining Room Pendants

I love the multiple pendants in place of one light for the dining room.  What works well is that all the lights are of the same design, but different sizes and heights.  I have not found these particular lights yet, but you could use a wide variety of pendants for this design.  See some of the pendants on my page of pendants.  This is an image from episode 16 of season 4 of Fixer Upper, taken by Jennifer Boomer.

Dining Room Lanterns

This is a dramatic dining room option which can also be done relatively inexpensively.   An array of paper lanterns in different sizes at different heights creates drama and interest.  But you do need those high ceilings.  This dining room was in the 2017 San Francisco Decorator Showhouse, designed by Chloe Warner.

Drama in the Powder Room

I love this chandelier made of different glass balls in this bathroom.  It adds drama to this beautiful room, and the different colors of glass balls creates great soft light.  The light was created by Studio Bel Vetro Lighting who does custom lighting projects like this. The room was designed by Cecilie Starin for the 2017 San Francisco Decorator Showhouse.

Pendants in the Bedroom

Using pendants beside the bed is a great way to keep your bedside tables clear for books, glasses of water (and of course large flower displays in this case).  This design is by Kristen Pena for the 2017 SF Decorator Showhouse.  The Orb 1 Light from Sonneman with mercury glass and chrome would be a nice option for this look, or the Cleo pendant which would add color with it's different cord color options.  See more options on the pendant light page.

Beautiful Bathroom display

This last room shot is also from the 2017 SF Decorator Showhouse and is another bathroom (great designs can be for any room).  I love these Lariat lights from Apparatus, with their graceful lines (made from woven brass mesh) and beautiful etched glass teardrop shape. The design was by Mead Quin Design.
